• Processing Contract

Our company handles "trapezoidal amorphous cores." Typically, silicon steel sheets are used for motor cores, but from the perspective of energy saving and high performance, amorphous materials with iron loss reduced to one-tenth are desired. However, compared to silicon steel sheets, which are relatively easy to process, amorphous materials are only 25μm thick, hard, and brittle, making processing extremely difficult. Our company aims for mass production of iron cores made from amorphous materials and is developing trapezoidal laminated cores by creating a dedicated trapezoidal cutting machine. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

• Other machine elements

Our company uses ACF (Anisotropic Conductive Film) to establish electrical connections between liquid crystal panels and flexible printed circuits (FPC). ACF is a film in which fine conductive capsules are uniformly dispersed within a film-like adhesive tape. By placing it between the liquid crystal side electrode and the flexible side electrode, and applying pressure and temperature, the conductive capsules are crushed, creating an electrical connection. • Processing Contract

This product utilizes proprietary technology developed in the manufacturing of magnetic heads to laminate silicon steel sheets into a robust laminated block core used in reactors. Production is carried out through the processes of lamination, resin coating, and heat curing using our in-house developed cutting machine. The cutting length can be freely adjusted through programmed cutting, and special shapes such as cylindrical and trapezoidal forms are also possible.
