The hybrid warm air heater "Hi-Eco-kun" utilizes waste oil (both plant-based and mineral-based) and biomass (wood and non-food agricultural materials) as fuel, enabling the thermal utilization of waste. It allows for local production and consumption, eliminating transportation costs, and is an energy-saving, cost-effective, and CO2-reducing smokeless and odorless hybrid warm air heater. You can directly load biomass fuel by opening the lid on the top of the main unit. If the waste oil is from edible sources, it is carbon neutral. By combining solar panels and battery systems, it can be used even without an existing power supply, expanding its range of applications. For more details, please download the catalog.

Free membership registrationThe system consists of an "emulsion fuel production device" and a "dedicated combustion burner," which mix and stir water and waste oil or petroleum and surfactants in a ratio of 50:50:0.3 to create emulsion fuel for various types of combustion. By stirring and emulsifying water and waste oil in this device, and rotating it in a high-speed magnetic field, they mix completely and burn fully at room temperature. Typically, when waste oil is burned after being heated to high temperatures, it produces NOx (nitrogen oxides) and black smoke. This emulsion fuel uses the combined oxygen from water (H2O) for most of the necessary oxygen, allowing it to burn completely at room temperature, thus emitting almost no black smoke, soot, or nitrogen oxides. The combustion temperature reaches 1350°C (MAX), and the thermal calorific value is comparable to that of conventional virgin oil combustion, with no concerns about dioxin generation. By recycling various types of waste oil, this system addresses the depletion of fossil fuels, creating a zero-emission, resource-circulating clean fuel system. Environmental impact is significantly reduced, and the production line for waste oil recycling emulsification equipment can revitalize related industries, while energy costs can be greatly reduced.
