• Processing Contract

Our company uses 2.5D CAD/CAM systems and 3D CAD/CAM systems for NC programming. We have exceptional programmers in 3D CAD/CAM technology, enabling advanced 3D machining. We can respond to difficult requests with nearly 100% accuracy.

• Processing Contract

Our company has built a solid track record, particularly in ultra-precision parts processing and the manufacturing of prototype parts during the development stage of machining. To maintain that quality, each worker always carries digital calipers and micrometers to conduct inspections at each stage, and we use a three-dimensional measuring instrument for the final inspection. Additionally, for certain products, we perform three-dimensional measurements at each stage as necessary, conducting thorough inspections to ensure there is no deviation in precision. As part of our quality assurance, we also provide inspection data upon request.

• Processing Contract

In addition to machining processes such as 5-axis machining, we have our own facilities for wire cutting and electrical discharge machining, allowing us to handle a wide range of processing. We also collaborate with partner factories for surface treatments and finishing, including internal polishing, flat polishing, centerless grinding, hardening, plating, and painting. We can deliver products through consolidated orders, minimizing the hassle for our customers.
