The "KV-SC type" is a rigid-axis rectangular automatic machine that automatically performs cutting and curling processing (flanging) on the edges of various round, oval, quadrilateral, and other non-circular objects or flat plates, both on the inside and outside. The workpiece is placed on a similar-shaped receiving platform (similarity guiding type), and by simply pressing a push-button switch, the link-type material is clamped, and various processing operations are automatically completed - automatic stop - the material holder returns - and the finished product is removed. The "KH type" is a press die cushion (patented) that allows processing with a 200TON press using a 100TON press. The cylinder area is 1/20 of that of an air cushion (5kg/100kg = 1/20), which makes the cushion body compact, allowing a high-output cushion to be installed in a small space. The "KT-CC type" is a tank muffler simultaneous curl & seam machine that simultaneously tightens the bottom plates of horizontal top covers such as mufflers and kerosene tanks at both ends. A dedicated machine with an automatic unloading system was created by incorporating a guiding device to simplify the attachment and detachment of the workpiece.

• Processing Contract

The operator sets the three-piece component in the mold and starts the process. After confirming the configuration of the three pieces and performing upper and lower machining, the roll rotates around the workpiece while applying integrated molding and riveting to the three-piece component. After the machining is complete, touch-up and painting work on the processed parts will be carried out in the next step.
