Since our establishment, we have been primarily engaged in the production of stainless steel fittings and decorative hardware used in the exterior and interior of buildings. Here is an introduction to our manufacturing process. First, we perform argon welding (TIG welding), manual welding, and semi-automatic welding. After that, we apply various surface treatments and finishes, including HL finish, mirror finish, vibration finish, and acrylic baked-on paint. Here, we introduce our manufacturing process. Using a shearing machine, we cut steel plate materials according to specifications. With a planer processing machine, we create grooves on the back of the steel plates to achieve sharper bending angles. After that, precise hole drilling and peripheral cutting are performed using a turret punch press and CO2 laser processing machine. With our skilled know-how and detailed process charts, we can promptly respond to delivery dates. From the construction drawings, we create internal working drawings (detailed drawings) necessary for steel plate processing, and arrange materials.
