Common rail is a system that stores high-pressure fuel and supplies it uniformly to each cylinder, achieving ideal combustion by precisely controlling the fuel injection pressure, timing, and quantity through electronic control. With domestic internal combustion engine manufacturers as core companies, our company, along with a cutting processing manufacturer, leverages advanced technical skills and know-how (cross-industry collaboration) to develop and manufacture critical components of common rail engines. As we have met the stringent technical requirements of foreign engine manufacturers, we obtained a license from them in February 2006 and began full-scale business development towards mass production in July of the same year.

Compared to the conventional gas carburizing method, the carburizing time can be shortened, which improves the processing capacity per hour and also enhances efficiency in terms of quality. Our "High Cp High-Speed Carburizing Method" achieves both improved processing capacity and enhanced quality simultaneously. It demonstrates its effectiveness in reducing the weight of wear-resistant components and achieving high strength.

The development of "multi-cooling control for martempering technology and equipment aimed at achieving lower distortion in carburized products." Our company's unique hot gas furnace has many excellent advantages compared to salt furnaces, such as energy-saving and environmentally friendly features, as well as solutions to the 3K (difficult, dirty, dangerous) issues. However, the hot gas alone has limitations in "cooling capacity." This time, we have addressed that issue and further developed and evolved it into the carburizing martempering furnace.

Hot gas ("Commercialization of eco-friendly isothermal heat treatment furnace utilizing clean hot gas") is a project that supports new businesses leading the Ehime industry in the 21st century, as part of the Ehime Prefecture Future-Oriented Knowledge Industry Creation Support Project (Active Venture Support Project) established in 2004. Traditional heat treatment conducted in salt bath furnaces faces issues such as the industrial waste problem of discarded salt, neutralization treatment of cleaning water, and working environment concerns (volatilization of molten salt into the air, high temperatures). By transitioning from environmentally burdensome salt bath furnaces (salt furnaces) to newly developed hot gas furnaces, eco-friendly manufacturing can be achieved.
