The coating of Gainar, when exposed to heat, converts that heat very efficiently into far infrared rays and continues to radiate them. Far infrared rays have the property of transferring radiant heat from the hotter area to the cooler area, thereby equalizing the temperature. By utilizing this property, the Gainar coating can instantly respond to the temperature of the surrounding environment. The condensation prevention effect of Gainar is that condensation generally occurs when heat from the air moves to surfaces like walls. Heat always moves from a higher temperature to a lower temperature when there is a temperature difference, which is why condensation occurs on surfaces like walls that are cooler than the indoor air temperature during winter. When Gainar is applied, the painted surface approaches the same temperature as the indoor air, reducing the temperature difference and effectively suppressing the occurrence of condensation.

Hydrotect maximizes this capability. Hydrotect can be used on various building materials as it forms a transparent film on the surface of the material. We provide quality that can be optimally used for various applications, including a stable coating structure that prevents the substrate from deteriorating due to the photocatalyst's characteristic "decomposition power," and formulations that ensure effectiveness even in areas not exposed to light.
