Matsubara Iron Works - Tooling (prototype jigs, product inspection jigs, etc.) - Design and Manufacturing

We mainly manufacture jigs for prototype production for automotive parts manufacturers (secondary manufacturers) and inspection jigs for product accuracy verification.

We are working with a small team, but everyone contributes their opinions from the design stage of the jigs to eliminate waste and mistakes. Each member takes responsibility for all aspects of component production (from materials to can fabrication to machining to individual precision checks), allowing us to respond with short lead times.

Matsubara Iron Works Spot Electrodes and Regrinding

Spot welding used in the manufacturing processes of products in various fields.

Our company offers a regrinding service for spot electrodes using our unique dedicated machines. We can cleanly regrind electrodes that have deteriorated, have molten iron attached, or are in varying conditions due to differences in usage frequency, bringing them close to their original state. By regularly regrinding, we achieve stable welding quality maintenance and cost reduction.
