Our company has developed a resin mortar using a new blending method that combines carefully selected inorganic materials while leveraging the basic properties of rebuilt resin. Under the harsh conditions of Hokkaido, we have a wide range of applications, including crack repairs for deteriorating concrete floors, anti-slip treatments, repairs for spalling on retaining walls, surface restoration of corroded steel plates, leak prevention measures, and mortar filling for electrical equipment embedded in asphalt surfaces, all of which have received positive evaluations and are expanding in use. It adheres well to deteriorating concrete structures and corroded steel plates, generating a strong coating that prevents the penetration of external water and oxygen, thus restoring the strength of the structures. Additionally, it becomes a flexible solid upon curing due to polymer radical bonding, firmly adhering to substrates, resisting surface delamination by following temperature shrinkage, and exhibiting excellent chemical resistance to acids and alkalis, making it suitable for use as a permanent repair material.

Free membership registrationIn Hokkaido, the accumulation of ice on rooftops, ships, vehicles, and bridges (such as icicles and the thickening of ice layers) causes significant damage to buildings and facilities, and accidents that threaten human life are frequent. Various methods have been devised to remove this ice, including snow removal, heating, slippery coatings, and slippery metal plates, but all of these have high running costs. This FS sheet is a material that greatly contributes to solving these problems.
