We conduct genotype analysis using microsatellites and SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms). The microsatellite analysis is performed using a fluorescent sequencer, which allows us to obtain highly accurate results. We have a large number of fluorescent primer sets in-house, enabling us to offer analysis at a low cost. We also support analyses such as DNA instability tests and speed congenic analyses. For SNP analysis, we provide contract analysis using the Taqman method, with reagents purchased from ABI. With our extensive research experience, we conduct comprehensive genotype analysis centered on microsatellites and SNPs, incorporating knowledge of genetic statistics. We have rich experience in linkage analysis for families with genetic diseases and SNP association studies involving many samples.

We have successfully achieved high-precision automatic weighing and automatic dilution in a short time through communication with electronic balances, enabling automatic weighing and dilution with various scales compatible with different electronic balances.

In addition to the previously well-received round-bottom microplate magnetic bead separator, we now offer three types of magnetic bead separators for flat-bottom and PCR microplates. Our sampling method employs air-segmented sampling, which reduces contamination from older samples. Additionally, we utilize a cost-effective fraction collector from Bio-Rad, priced around 300,000 yen, as one of its features. The JetPrep96 dispensing device for 96-well microplates using inkjet technology has been renewed. It now allows for non-contact plate dispensing with improved accuracy.

This is an introduction to a highly accurate automatic dilution and solution preparation device. It achieves extremely high precision in weighing, with an accuracy of up to ±2 mg. It is compatible with electronic balances in units of 0.1g, 0.001g, and 0.001g (A&D Corporation). It continuously recognizes and monitors measurement values from the electronic balance, allowing for automatic dispensing of highly accurate solutions. It can be widely applied for diluting standard solutions and solid reagents, among other uses.
