The Clean Heat Packer standard type can be operated simply by turning the switch ON/OFF, allowing for continuous processing as well as accommodating tasks such as feeding in expanded polystyrene whenever it is generated, similar to using a trash bin. Additionally, its simple structure results in fewer breakdowns and easy maintenance. Since it processes at low temperatures, there is no risk of ignition, and it is equipped with a sprinkler function in case of foreign object contamination. The automatic feed type of the Clean Heat Packer automatically feeds expanded polystyrene from the hopper onto a conveyor to the melting machine, where it is collected in a receiving box.
