We produce a consistent line from precision plastic mold design and manufacturing to final products, primarily using a 3D CAD/CAM system. We also create various prototypes, simple molds, mass production molds, and injection molded products, and utilize cutting technology for shaping ceramics, glass, and hard materials.

Utilizing cutting technology from plastic molds, we process ceramics, glass, and hard materials into shapes and perform hole processing. We can process high-brittleness materials that were difficult to work with using conventional machines (surface grinders, machining centers, grinding centers, electrical discharge machines, etc.).
