This is a specially designed discharge device for FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) bags. Two sizes and three types can be selected according to the bag size. The primary focus is on preventing dust emissions into the surrounding environment, while also considering discharge efficiency and transport to the next process. It can be equipped with vertical or inclined screw conveyors/feeders, allowing for a complete operation from the FIBC bag to the transport of powders and granules. In addition to the standard vibration motor, a smooth discharge is possible with the optional air cylinder-type pusher.

With a simple structure, the air pulse cleaning system can also support multiple power sources. Easy filter cloth replacement without tools (various types of filter cloths available, including ultra-fine powder, anti-static, water-repellent, and oil-repellent).
