"Is there a good solution to prevent mistakes with rivets? Due to the small size of the sales spacer, managing the quantity is difficult, which increases the possibility of forgetting to rivet. Regarding the issue of "Since the material is aluminum, it inevitably creates burrs at the tapped area; is there any way to address this?" The possibility of burrs appearing at the tapped area is indeed a concern due to the aluminum material. At Oki Metal Works, after cleaning, we blow air using a burr removal tool. This effectively removes the burrs. Previously, we inspected the tapped area with a loupe and removed burrs using an interdental brush, but by using the burr removal tool, it has become unnecessary to check for burrs after tapping.
