We pay close attention to the appearance, including weld beads, during processing. Welding aluminum is considered challenging due to processing conditions such as humidity and temperature, but our company has made it possible to weld or process aluminum with our technology. The products made from thin sheets have traditionally been processed within a defined range, such as wire processing, edging, and fine processing NTP, but in recent years, there has been a trend towards larger processing ranges. Our company has made it possible to process ultra-thin sheets using large NTP technology. The processing range and time are completely different compared to wire processing (compared to our company). Of course, we also offer processing with wire, so it is possible. This is a new technology that makes the impossible possible in various fields such as open belts, spacers, shims, washers, and boxes.
