We have created a product with a concealment function by applying our specialty printing technique, "UV Offset Inline Foil Printing." In the first layer, we perform 4C or foil printing, and in the second layer, we apply a removable foil printing process. This allows us to conceal the printing of the first layer. It has been named "HAKURI" because it involves removing the foil printing. 【Structure】 1. In the printing process, adhesive is printed on the substrate, followed by the transfer of silver foil or hologram foil, and UV ink is printed to complete the first pass. 2. Additionally, a removable silver foil is transferred (hologram foil is not allowed), UV ink is printed, and further surface protection or decoration is achieved by printing varnish (pseudo-embossing is also possible). 3. The first layer can be without foil or without UV ink. 4. The second layer must include removable silver foil. 5. The structure of the sample is: First layer: Hologram foil + silver foil + 4C; Second layer: Removable silver + 4C + OP varnish. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
