Our company has obtained a patent for the "Welding Method for Blade Ejection Joint Areas." In conventional welding methods, molten heat penetrates the tip of the blade, leading to a decrease in edge hardness and causing distortion and deformation after welding. When welding away from the blade tip to the body, it could not maintain strength, resulting in cracking during the ejection process. By using the welding method we have acquired, we can solve the above issues, add strength to the joint of the blade ejection, and prevent misalignment of the edge joint caused by ejection pressure during punching and processing of hard materials. As a result, the durability of the blade ejection has also improved, and we can now prevent the decrease in edge hardness and distortion that occurred with conventional welding. 【Features】 ■ Improved durability of the blade ejection ■ Prevention of edge hardness reduction and distortion after melting ■ Capability to provide high-precision, high-durability punching dies ■ Applicable to various blade types and shapes *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
