• Other consumables

We assemble various processed products, such as injection molded, rubber molded, blow molded, compression molded, and extruded products, from semi-finished to finished products. Currently, we are primarily manufacturing disposable medical-related products with full automation, having an annual production capacity of 2 million units. We conduct manufacturing in a clean room (Class 10,000) and manage production using various inspection equipment. Manufacturing is outsourced both domestically and internationally (Nagano, China), and we are capable of further increasing production. Additionally, our factory in Nagano has obtained a "Medical Device Manufacturing License" under the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law.

• Processing Contract

We manufacture rubber compression molds using ultra-high precision jig borers and machining centers. We take into full consideration the finish of rubber products and refine the most critical areas of the mold, such as surface roughness and cutting edges, based on our extensive experience. Additionally, we also produce ejector molds for post-molding burr removal. These are suitable for products that dislike burrs and for mass-produced items with high production volumes. The design of molds and ejector molds is also done in-house, utilizing CAD and CAM to improve productivity. Furthermore, we manage production using ISO 9001, ensuring that repeat orders and modifications can be entrusted to us with confidence.

• Processing Contract

We manufacture processed products in small to medium lots, primarily specializing in non-ferrous metal lathe-processed products. We have a Yamazaki Mazak multi-tasking lathe that can produce complex shapes up to φ250. Additionally, after production, we conduct dimensional measurement inspections using Mitutoyo three-dimensional measuring instruments and Keyence image dimension measuring instruments, as well as surface roughness measurements. We can also check the shape and presence of burrs in areas that are not visible during visual inspections using an endoscope. While production is primarily based in Japan, we can also mass-produce high-precision products at our partner factory in China according to your requirements. All mass-produced items from China undergo dimensional inspections, eliminating previous concerns.

• Processing Contract

We will manufacture the requested shapes through lathe processing, machining, bending, and adhesive processing. We can produce small quantities of high-precision, complex shapes and molds that cannot be made by injection molding, as well as modeling before mold production. After manufacturing, we can meet high-precision inspection requests using Mitutoyo three-dimensional measuring instruments and Keyence image dimension measuring instruments. While production is primarily based in Japan, we can also mass-produce high-precision products at our partner factories in China according to your requirements. All mass-produced items from China undergo dimensional inspection, eliminating previous concerns. Additionally, we perform high-precision dimensional measurements of currently used products using three-dimensional measuring instruments and create drawings using 3D-CAD for product manufacturing.
