The C-Lube Linear Roller Way Super X is a high-performance roller-type linear guide device that achieves smooth operation, high reliability, and stable high precision and rigidity by arranging four rows of cylindrical rollers in a balanced parallel configuration within a highly rigid casing. By incorporating the C-Lube lubrication component, it realizes long-term maintenance-free operation, leading to cost reductions across the entire system by minimizing the lubrication mechanism of the device and reducing running costs through decreased lubrication labor.

• Metal bearings

This product uses bearing steel (SUJ2) and has a hardness of 58 HRC or higher (see Table 1), featuring rollers with high rigidity and precision that are finished with a very fine surface roughness. They are widely used as rolling elements in bearings, as well as pins and shafts. The end face shapes available are rounded and flat.
