The "STARPAS(R)-DF42N Series" is a metal foil made from high saturation magnetic flux density material (DF42N). It contributes to the lightweight and slim design of shielding equipment. It allows for bending, cutting, and punching with high shape freedom. Additionally, the foiling suppresses eddy current losses within the magnetic material. The "STARPAS(R)-PC2S Series" is a metal foil made from high permeability material (MEN(R)-PC2S). The foiling suppresses eddy current losses within the magnetic material. It has a high degree of shape freedom, allowing for bending, cutting, and punching processing. Additionally, it boasts excellent durability and heat resistance, as well as strong resistance to vibration and impact. "STARPAS" is a shielding material for magnetic fields and electromagnetic waves made from magnetic metal (permalloy). Thicker materials can create areas that do not contribute to shielding as the frequency increases. Therefore, by making the material thinner and eliminating those areas, it can be effectively utilized even in alternating current, contributing to the miniaturization and lightweighting of shielding devices. It is suitable for shielding materials such as CMOS image sensors, power and control ICs, and flexible cables.
