In recent years, with the increasing precision of components, pin gauges themselves are also required to be highly precise. Our company manufactures pin gauges with an outer diameter tolerance of ±0.1μm (±0.0001mm). This is a stack pin (positioning pin) that is driven in when fixing the entry board and backup board (bake board) before drilling the substrate. The outer diameter ranges from Φ1 and the total length can be approximately 8L. Chamfers can also be added to both sides of the pin. Precision: φ±0.005 (higher precision tolerances are also possible), outer diameter surface roughness can be less than Ra0.1.
