• Environmental Test Equipment

At low frequencies with long wavelengths (28, 40 kHz), cavitation (vacuum bubbles) generated in the liquid is significant, and the shock generated during collapse is also large. This effect is utilized and is used over a wide range from rough cleaning after processing to particle removal. • Ultrasonic Cleaner

Ultrasonic cleaning involves irradiating a liquid with ultrasound to generate high-speed vibrations, which create vacuum bubbles (cavitation). The HRS series of intermediate frequency ultrasonic cleaners generates a surround effect and high sound pressure in the cleaning tank through our unique high-speed modulation (High Rate Sweep). It employs continuous sweeping, allowing for the setting of 6 levels of sweep width and 8 levels of sweep speed. The pulse oscillation function intermittently emits ultrasound, generating strong cavitation and promoting the degassing of dissolved gases in the liquid through a synergistic effect with the rest periods.
