Nihon Actuator Industry Co., Ltd. has established a product supply system from two production bases in Japan and China for customers worldwide. In Japan, we are developing advanced manufacturing technologies and establishing a production system that includes business partners. In our Chinese factory, we are enhancing quality control and practicing shared manufacturing. Through close collaboration between Japan and China, we provide products quickly. We mainly manufacture functional components for automotive fuel systems (such as field injectors, fuel pumps, EGR valves, and linear solenoids for OCV), linear solenoids and three-way valve components for automatic vehicles (including those for hybrid vehicles), compressor parts for car air conditioning, and Torsen gear components, focusing on improving fuel efficiency and reducing exhaust emissions. Recently, we have also been working on valve components for ethanol engines and actuator components for natural gas engines and fuel cells.
