The plating surface process is part of the plating department that enables consistent production through the design, mold, and molding departments. The mold manufacturing process involves ordering parts and machining the components of the mold based on the drawings and data created in the design department, assembling and adjusting the machined mold plates and inserts to complete the mold. In the mold process, we use thermoplastic resin, attaching the mold to the injection molding machine to produce resin molded products. The assembly process combines molded products manufactured in the factory with various purchased items, using jigs and tools for assembly. The quality assurance department incorporates measurement data into a computer for analysis, thereby shortening the verification time for manufactured molds and products, and providing high-quality products with short delivery times. Small items are installed on general roads, while large items are attached to guide rails on highways, contributing to nighttime driving safety. Aspherical lenses are lenses that continuously change their curvature in the radial direction. This allows for the correction of spherical aberration (blurring of light), which would require multiple spherical lenses, with just one lens, and enables the realization of short focal lengths. Sankei Co., Ltd. has achieved a shape accuracy of 0.1 to 1 μm or less in mold processing to accommodate the plasticization of these aspherical lenses. By adopting a connector system for the power input section, it has become unnecessary to specify the length of the lead wires, allowing for shorter delivery times and reduced inventory. Sankei Co., Ltd. manufactures parts for pachinko machines as its main product. Recently, pachinko machines have increasingly shifted towards plastic, with components that were once made of wood being replaced by plastic due to demands for precision and durability. This equipment can accommodate a maximum work size of W2300mm × D300mm × H1200mm. To maintain high quality and meet advanced quality requirements, we conduct thorough quality control using scanning electron microscopes (SEM) and fluorescent X-ray thickness measurement devices. For products approximately 300mm square, we can process up to 8,000 pieces per day. Gold plating has a soft surface film, but it can be applied to complex shapes and has a beautiful luster.
