Iwano Mold is based on a "person in charge" system. For each mold, there are four "persons in charge" from sales, design, NC, and the production site. We consider everything from meetings to maintenance and follow-up as a cohesive process. The "Sales Department," which serves as the main point of contact, utilizes the experience gained by veteran employees in each department to address various customer requests, from estimates to modifications. Based on the drawings and data provided by customers, we design everything from conceptual design drawings to detailed part design drawings in both 2D and 3D. The "persons in charge" from sales, design, programming, and engineering gather to discuss the direction, schedule, and key points regarding mold production. In "NC data creation and NC processing," we receive data from design through our internal network, convert it into processing data, collaborate with programmers, and have dedicated operators perform the processing. At Iwano Mold, we not only manufacture our own molds but also accept repairs, modifications, and processing support for molds produced by other companies.
