The unwinding section equipped with an electric lifter has an automatic stop tail detection device and a splice table with an air clamp and seam detection device. Additionally, there is an electronic web guide and automatic unwinding tension control. With PLC+CNC, preparation programming is easily done, and there is a test page for quick troubleshooting. Installation of flexo printing, coating, and UV dryer sections is possible. There are multiple die-cutting sections, allowing for die-cutting on both the front and back. An air shaft performs core lifting, and an immediate machine stop is triggered by a core break sensor. The shear cut section with a self-sharpening device has a removable knife shaft, enabling quick and easy job changeovers. To align with die-cutting, printed materials are continuously corrected and automatically positioned, reducing losses during preparation.
