What is a Jig Spring? Our company is a spring manufacturer, specializing in the production of parts that utilize spring properties. We manufacture fixtures for alignment and fixation based on spring technology, which we call jig springs. Issues such as being easily detached, cumbersome to install, poor liquid (water) drainage, wanting to improve only the pin (spring), and taking time for fixture maintenance or pin replacement... We solve problems related to work efficiency and quality with surface treatment processing fixtures! Since our founding, we have developed over 10,000 types of fixtures. Many of these are fixtures used for surface processing of parts for glasses, digital cameras, mobile phones, and more. We respond to our customers' requests with CNC 3D wire forming machines, hand processing using jigs, and press processing using molds. In 2003, we introduced the ultra-precision laser processing machine "SAM," which supports high-precision laser cutting. Compared to conventional laser cutting, we have achieved higher precision in fine processing. In particular, for materials with a thickness of 1.0 mm or less, we have significantly reduced distortion caused by heat. We can accommodate a minimum thickness of 0.01 mm and a minimum slit width of 0.08 mm.
