In addition to conventional spray painting, powder coating, and pseudo cloisonné techniques, we handle various decorative processing using resin, including special partial coatings and polished coatings through our unique modification technology. This processed resin is born from a blending technology of various resins and is known in the field of decorative processing as "polished cloisonné." It has attracted attention from the beginning due to its unique physical properties that set it apart from existing products. It possesses extremely high adhesion, a high brightness that increases with polishing, and a combination of high hardness and remarkable flexibility, which may seem like contradictory qualities coexisting. Additionally, utilizing the high dyeability characteristic of the resin itself allows for the incorporation of diverse patterns and designs into the processed products. Therefore, it can follow almost any bending, making it applicable for decoration on a wide range of items, including the entire temple part of glasses and the surface of springs, which were previously considered impossible. Ion plating treatment refers to the process of coating metal films or reactive films in a vacuum. It is often referred to as IP, derived from the initials, or titanium coating, as titanium is used as the main raw material. Additionally, it is sometimes expressed as dry plating, meaning plating without the use of water. The principle involves generating plasma by creating a discharge within a vacuum container, evaporating metal, ionizing those particles, and accelerating them to form a thin film-like coating on the items set inside the container. Since the treatment is conducted in high vacuum, it results in dense and well-adhered thin films. The most popular film is titanium nitride, which is formed by the reaction of titanium and nitrogen and has a golden color. By varying the ratio of nitrogen gas, a wide range of colors from silver to brown can be produced.
