We own 15 hob machines and can accommodate gear processing needs ranging from large to small. Our expertise includes gear cutting from M0.5 to M25 and φ10 to φ4,000, rack processing up to M18 and 2,000L, CNC slotting processing with strokes up to 500L, and special gear processing using simultaneous 5-axis machining. We have equipped simultaneous 5-axis machining compatible with hyperCAD/CAM, allowing us to process special gears (such as spiral bevels, tooth tip corrections, and crowning).
