"Tracking-kun" is a manufacturing history management system that includes functions such as traceability system, process skipping system, quality information display feature, and quality daily report output. The traceability system greatly contributes to tracing when defects occur in component lots. It allows for tracing of all components mounted on printed circuit boards. The process skipping system prevents skipping of processes by conducting pass/fail judgments at each stage. Even if irregularities occur and human errors lead to process skipping, you can feel secure. The quality information display feature (Worst 10) allows for the extraction of the worst 10 NG (non-conformance) items at each process. This helps in understanding NG trends and considering countermeasures. The quality daily report output (automatically generated) can extract the worst 2 NG items for each line over a specified period. It is also possible to extract the overall worst 3 NG items. The "Cream Solder Management Device MIHARU No. 1" allows for management of solder expiration dates and time management after solder has been opened through barcode management. The "Open Monitoring Device MIHARU No. 2" is ideal for preventing door forgetfulness. If the door is left open, it will alert you with a lamp and buzzer. It is perfect for cold storage of desiccators, adhesives, etc. The "Static Checker Management Device MIHARU No. 3" enables management of entry history into static control areas.
