Sludge generally refers to a muddy substance that contains moisture. It can be found in treatment facilities for factory wastewater generated during various manufacturing processes, as well as in sedimentation tanks of water treatment facilities such as sewage treatment plants and water purification plants. Additionally, it can be found in civil engineering and construction sites, as well as settled at the bottoms of drainage channels, rivers, and lakes. It is said that the amount of sludge generated accounts for one-third of all industrial waste. At Toei, we reduce volume and stabilize sludge by granulating and solidifying it, which also improves its handling properties. The granulated and solidified material can be recycled as civil engineering materials for ancillary road construction and backfilling at civil engineering and construction sites. Furthermore, when used in combination with glass granulated sand "Sand Wave G" or gypsum from gypsum boards, the recycling effect can be further enhanced. Free membership registrationToei Corporation aims to be a "recycled material manufacturer" that contributes to the promotion of material recycling by working on improving the quality of recycled materials through daily technological innovations. Currently, the recycling of waste plastics continues to advance year by year. However, the reality is that many waste plastics are still being disposed of in landfills or utilized as fuel (thermal recycling). The cause of this is the "mixing" of dirt and components, and the system that separates and cleans such waste plastics to a high purity is the plastic recycling plant. The plastics refined at Toei Corporation's plant are pelletized and transformed into new plastic products. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.

Free membership registrationIn April 2001, the "Home Appliance Recycling Law" was enacted, and Toei received approval from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as a designated collection point and recycling facility for discarded home appliances. Currently, Toei is engaged in the collection of designated items such as CRT televisions, flat-screen televisions like LCD and plasma, refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, air conditioners, and clothes dryers, as well as the recycling of televisions and computers and motorcycles. We are recycling all parts, starting with the CRT of televisions. We are conducting research on recycling for the future, working towards a more efficient and comfortable factory environment, and striving to increase the recycling rate, continuing our efforts towards complete resource recovery. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.

Free membership registrationIt is the duty of companies to properly handle industrial waste such as by-products from manufacturing, and waste materials and equipment that have completed their long-term roles. Toei Corporation's product offerings include wood scraps, paper scraps, waste plastics, rubble, textile scraps, rubber scraps, metal scraps, glass and ceramic scraps, construction waste, concrete debris, and sludge. These materials undergo processing such as sorting, crushing, incineration, compression, volume reduction solidification, and pelletizing solidification to be maximally recycled as resources or fuel. In particular, the recycling rates for metals, rare metals, and plastics have been improving year by year. Currently, skilled workers and recycling facilities allow for detailed sorting down to single material types, ensuring efficient resource recovery. Toei Corporation opens its facilities as a "showcase recycling plant," hosting tours and informational sessions to promote an open recycling facility. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.

Free membership registrationSandwave G is a granulated sand made from 100% colored glass pins and glass scraps that have previously been discarded or landfilled due to their difficulty in recycling. By crushing and edge rounding during the manufacturing process, it possesses good permeability and compaction characteristics. It has performance equal to or greater than natural sand (mountain sand, river sand, sea sand) and can be used as a substitute for sand. It is particularly suitable for sand drain and sand compaction materials needed for soft ground improvement, as well as a wide range of other sand substitute applications. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.
