The six-axis automatic lathe has six machining positions and can perform six cutting processes simultaneously. The machining time is about 1/6 that of a single-axis lathe, allowing products to be completed in around 10 seconds, enabling a single six-axis automatic lathe to produce up to 120,000 units per month. It can handle processes that might seem surprising, such as knurling and threading. With our unique technology, we can reliably perform cutting and threading on difficult materials like SUS304 stainless steel. Currently, we are capable of producing approximately 1 million units per month of threaded and outer diameter cutting for SUS304 pressed parts, with stable quality that has pleased our customers.
