"Kamik 90" is a disengagement prevention fitting for mechanical joints handled by Kurodaito. It exhibits disengagement prevention performance of A grade, as defined in the technical standards (draft) for seismic joints of underground buried pipelines by the National Institute for Land and Infrastructure Management, with a performance of 3DkN or more. (D: nominal diameter) The contact ratio of the claw part of the fitting is over 90% with the outer circumference of ductile cast iron pipes, and it makes soft contact with the ductile cast iron pipes, further reducing the impact on the mortar lining of the inner surface compared to conventional products (Kamik 80). The fitting and the pressing bolt are spherical, accommodating not only disengagement but also penetration. 【Features】 ■ Exhibits disengagement prevention performance of 3DkN or more ■ Contact ratio of the fitting is over 90% ■ The fitting and pressing bolt are spherical, accommodating both disengagement and penetration ■ The fitting and pressing bolt are made of corrosion-resistant alloy *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe airbag-type water stop method (ABS method) involves attaching a saddle to the pipeline that needs to be sealed, drilling a hole, and then inserting an airbag at a designated position within the pipeline using a specialized insertion machine. The airbag is then inflated to create a localized water stoppage in the pipeline. This method utilizes a simple device, allowing for quick localized water stoppage, and can be employed as part of a series of pipeline works rather than as an independent project for water stoppage during continuous water flow. There are two methods: Method I uses a stopper saddle developed by our company specifically for the ABS method, while Method II uses commercially available saddles with branch valves. This method is ideal for reducing construction time and minimizing the area affected by water stoppage. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.

Free membership registrationThe special-shaped pipe temporary water supply valve THB-10 requires very little excavation for grounding at the fire hydrant section, allowing for quick restoration work. It can be easily connected to temporary water supply pipes from any direction, is suitable for various sites, and has good workability, accommodating both 40 and 50 mm outlet diameters for temporary water supply. It also allows for large temporary water supply. Even with the discharge outlet installed, the total height remains below 280 mm, making it a very compact design that can be installed even with shallow burial. The use of special flanges and bolts allows for compatibility with both single and double outlets, making it economical. It is compliant with the inspection standards of the Japan Water Works Association. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
