Ota Iron Works specializes in single-item and small-lot machining, primarily using machining centers, lathes, and five-axis machines. We handle a wide range of materials, from soft ones like aluminum, copper, and plastics to hard ones like SUS, nickel alloys, and tungsten. Our standard delivery time is about two weeks, but we can accommodate urgent requests with expedited service. We also offer delivery of finished products, leveraging the capabilities of our partner factories to provide services such as plating, wire processing, polishing, heat treatment, slotting, and welding. We often engage in prototype single-item processing, which frequently involves discussions based on drawings. We would be happy to assist with any inquiries you may have.
