We can perform threading processing from M5 to M30. Depending on the die we have, we can process lengths of about 150L. We also handle threading processing of hardened materials. We can accommodate small quantities of processing as well.

We have been specializing in the production of automotive spring U-bolts, automotive chassis U-bolts, and other special U-bolts not available on the market for 40 years. We excel in processing the deformation of bolt heads. We also perform special bending processes for items such as accelerator rods and pipe stays. All products can accommodate surface treatments such as trivalent plating and cathodic electrodeposition coating. 【Features】 - Materials used include SS400, S45C, SCM435, and SUS304, with the threaded parts processed using rolled threads. - The heads can be forged to reduce slipping during assembly. - Wire diameters can range from 5mm to 30mm.
