Both SUS301 and SUS304 steel grades can be produced. Thickness: 20 microns and above, maximum width: 620 mm. Tension annealing treatment for product width. We can accommodate shipments for samples.

The specific gravity of magnesium alloy is 1.78. (Aluminum is 2.7) It excels in lightweight, heat dissipation, electromagnetic shielding, and vibration absorption. We manufacture magnesium alloy coils or plates with a thickness of 0.044 to 3.0 mm. Magnesium alloy is the lightest among practical metals and is a material that also possesses strength as a metal. Utilizing the properties of magnesium alloy, we achieve weight reduction in various products such as computers, smartphones, and medical devices. Its high thermal conductivity is also utilized in thermal processing transport tools such as reflow pallets. We have achieved the world's first manufacturing of high-strength magnesium alloy rolled products with excellent warm formability. We provide high-quality surface appearance materials.

We offer a wide range of stainless steel strips for springs, from general materials (cost-effective materials) to specialized materials that meet our customers' needs. We have options for reducing residual stress, materials that minimize mold wear, fine grain (minimum particle size of 2μ), low electrical resistance austenitic stainless steel, etc. The thickness can be accommodated from t0.02 mm and above (for thicknesses below 0.02 mm, please consult us). Additionally, we manufacture and sell not only strips and sheets but also cores and electrical equipment utilizing ultra-thin electromagnetic steel sheets.

It is ferritic stainless steel, but it has corrosion resistance comparable to SUS304. We provide steel strips that meet a wide range of needs, from high-gloss mirror finishes for automotive exterior decorative parts (molding) to aluminum-like white finishes. Defects that affect appearance, such as scratches and dents, are minimized through our unique technology, contributing to improved yield for our customers.
