We propose three technologies from IriSo for customers in various markets engaged in automated implementation in robotics. Currently, the demand for industrial robots is rapidly expanding. Robot production contributes to assembly quality, stabilization of production cycles, and suppression of rising labor costs. However, defects such as foreign object adhesion, misalignment during implementation and fitting, and incomplete fittings can occur during the process. In this context, IriSo has launched a new concept of "robot-compatible connectors" with the aim of widely promoting connectors suitable for robot production based on the technologies we have developed so far. With the three technologies IriSo has cultivated (floating, Auto I-Lock, and two-point contact), we will broadly meet our customers' robot production needs.
