1. The lining material is fully fluorinated F46, which has excellent corrosion resistance and can completely isolate the fluid from the drive components. 2. The runner is smooth and has low resistance, allowing for a greater flow rate to be achieved. 3. The diaphragm material is highly elastic, has excellent sealing properties, and can be easily opened and closed. 4. There is a marking indicating the opening and closing of the valve at the upper end of the valve cover.

High corrosion resistance and durability The high corrosion resistance unique to Teflon (PTFE/PFA) and its property of preventing fluid adhesion make it ideal for strong acids, gases, and food fluids. Additionally, its unique internal structure prevents fluid stagnation, ensuring even greater durability and cleanliness. Adoption of a new valve body seal structure A backup rubber is attached to the valve body. The compression reaction force of the rubber presses the outer edge of the valve body against the body seal. Furthermore, to enhance airtightness, the center of the body seal is subtly raised inward. By fitting the valve body snugly, the sealing capability is completely ensured. High heat and pressure resistance to withstand harsh environments Even under conditions of 150°C and 1.0 MPa, the sealing capability and operability remain unchanged. With high heat resistance, pressure resistance, and durability, it can handle harsh environments. Triple seal structure to prevent liquid leakage The primary seal compresses the body seal against the valve body. The secondary seal is provided by an O-ring. The tertiary seal is achieved through a tapered push on the valve rod. This triple seal structure completely shuts out seal leakage to the outside of the piping.
