The "HS-IR 100" is an appearance inspection robot that achieves visual inspection surpassing human capabilities. A multi-joint robot positions the camera head optimally according to the workpiece's curved surface, while an optical system configured for mirror surfaces captures fine defects, and image processing software extracts these defects.
