We would like to introduce our "Mold Restoration Service using a New Type of Scanner." We solve problems such as "There are no means to duplicate molds without drawings," "Maintenance is impossible for aging molds," and "I want to digitize the molded products at hand." The scanning size accommodates low magnification up to 500mm in width and 200mm in height, and high magnification up to 110mm in width and 150mm in height, with a mold weight capacity of up to 1.5 tons. The "Screw Rotation Slide Synchronization Method" is our unique processing technology that allows for one-stop production from the design and manufacturing of plastic molds to the molding of parts. Conventional screw-type shower heads require two processes for the extraction work due to the internal threading in their structure, either through "fixed-position processing" or "resin cutting processing."
