• Processing Contract

In the Painting Division 2, we primarily paint small equipment such as measuring instruments, control devices, and power supply cases. We have a track record of various types of coatings including glossy, semi-gloss, matte, leather tone, and leather satin. We also perform silk printing and engraving in-house. The newly installed painting booth uses an inverter for the fan, incorporates a flow meter for the air used in painting, and controls the exhaust volume of the fan. This equipment was devised in-house to eliminate unnecessary waste. We have numerous achievements in various types of coatings including melamine, acrylic baking, urethane, phthalic acid, and powder coating. To reduce VOC emissions, we also heat the paint before application.
