This is a machined unequal lead screw rotor used in SUS304 food machinery. On the left side, spoon-shaped teeth are arranged in the equal lead section, while trapezoidal teeth are arranged in the equal lead section on the right side. The central unequal lead section features a smoothly changing tooth profile. The spoon-shaped teeth are designed to feed while cutting through the material block with strong force, and the trapezoidal teeth apply significant pressure. The diameter of the central axis gradually increases towards the right side, allowing for stronger feed pressure.
