The "DS System" is an air-fuel ratio control system that allows for easy adjustment of the air ratio during burner turn-down conditions. It is equipped with pressure sensors (inlet and outlet) and thermocouples on the air and gas orifices, which automatically measure the pressure differential (inlet pressure - outlet pressure) and temperature using a CPU. Internal calculations are performed to automatically control the air ratio and combustion amount via a control valve. It can be easily added to existing control systems (air conditioners and gas burners).
