Magnesium has characteristics such as being "the lightest material among practical metals (two-thirds the weight of aluminum)," "having the highest specific strength and specific rigidity among practical metals," and "excellent heat dissipation, electromagnetic wave shielding, and vibration absorption," making it one of the most suitable materials for speakers among practical metals. However, magnesium is a hard material that is difficult to bend and prone to rust, making it very challenging to process, which results in high costs and difficulties in widespread market adoption. At TODA Corporation, we have enabled a consistent production process from mold manufacturing to pressing and surface treatment through warm press processing and anti-corrosion treatment after the arrival of magnesium materials. This allows for cost reduction through continuous press production and the ability to propose surface treatments tailored to customer requests.
