By using these methods to prepare samples, we can obtain high-density sintered bodies, porous bodies, and joints. Additionally, we can accommodate materials provided by customers. • Other processing machines

This is a device that automates the process from mold transport to sintering. The powder filling into the sintering mold can be done inside a glove box, allowing the materials to be handled without exposure to oxygen. When producing a large number of sintered bodies, the process can be automatically advanced by simply setting the mold filled with powder in the designated position.

Since operations can be performed inside the glove box from powder filling into the sintering mold to installing the mold onto the device, it is possible to produce sintered bodies without exposing the materials to the atmosphere.

This is a heated processing device that automates the entire process from mold transport to the extraction of the sintered body. Once the powder-pressed mold is set on the turntable, it can continuously, automatically, and quickly perform the installation of the workpiece into the chamber and the extraction of the sintered body for the number of pieces placed on the turntable. Additionally, it is also possible to read the sintering conditions from a barcode instead of entering them manually.

The R2R (Roll to Roll) electric heating processing device is equipped with feeding and winding devices at both ends of the conventional electric heating processing device, allowing for continuous connection of materials by making the electric heating section into a roll. This enables us to achieve high productivity that was previously impossible with our electric heating processing devices while maintaining their existing features.

• Powder Molding Machine

This is a device that can apply periodic loads to materials during electrical heating, in addition to the specifications of a standard electrical heating processing device. The application of periodic loads during sintering has been confirmed to enable the production of high-density sintered bodies at lower temperatures compared to sintered bodies produced under constant load, as well as to improve crystal orientation.

The "Plasman Compact" is a small sintering device that can automatically control current, temperature, and load. The standard-equipped NaviWave allows for monitoring the behavior of parameters during sintering. All these values are saved as data and can be retrieved.
