There is a phenomenon where liquid drips due to the viscosity and thixotropy of paints and coatings. The "Drip Test Machine" allows for easy evaluation of these drips. It features a U-shaped drawdown bar design with V-shaped grooves that are 1/4 inch (6.4mm) wide and have varying depths at 1/16 inch (1.6mm) intervals. After applying the liquid and drawing lines with different application amounts, tilt the chart paper diagonally or vertically with the line that has the lesser application amount on top. The "Leveling/Tack Test Device" allows for simple comparative tests regarding leveling and liquid sag characteristics during film formation and drying periods. Leveling refers to the smooth surface of the coating after curing. On the other hand, sagging occurs immediately after applying the liquid on a vertical surface, resulting in drips or the edges and corners of the coating, leading to phenomena such as streaks or drip marks. With its applicator shape, it is sized for use in the field. • Viscometer

The "Bubble Viscometer" allows for the easy and rapid measurement of the dynamic viscosity of liquids such as resins and varnishes. A standard liquid is sealed within a glass tube. There are bubbles in the glass tube, and the viscosity is measured by comparing the time it takes for the bubbles to rise with that of the sample liquid. The faster the bubbles rise, the lower the viscosity, and the slower they rise, the higher the viscosity. The "Bikobisk DS" is a rotational viscometer that can output digital values for Krebs units (KU), centipoise (cP), and grams (gm). It complies with ASTM D562 and calculates viscosity values instantly at a constant rotation speed of 200 rpm.
