It has excellent resistance to chemicals, oils, and solvents, and like other FFKMs (perfluoroelastomers), it exhibits resistance to a variety of substances. As an FFKM (perfluoroelastomer), it has excellent tensile strength (TB) of over 20 MPa, providing superior mechanical strength.

• Rubber

High-performance materials, including perfluoro materials (FFKM), are useful for a wide variety of applications; however, they generally come with high costs, making them less desirable as sealing materials for consumables. Therefore, our company has developed a material called "ExzeusA101BK," which, while not quite reaching the level of perfluoro materials (FFKM), has heat resistance up to 280°C.

• Rubber

Compared to extruded adhesive products and welded products, the joints are less noticeable, and there is no inferior performance compared to general molded products. Additionally, since they are molded products, they meet JIS standards. When using the molds owned by our company, there is no need to create new molds, allowing for low-cost production of small lot products. We can also manufacture difficult shapes such as corrugated ring belts that are challenging to produce with extrusion processing or general molds.

• Rubber
