At Fujiwara Techno Art, we are creating articles on "The Art of Sake Brewing" in collaboration with sake breweries across the country. We hope to provide a platform for rediscovering the ingenuity and wisdom involved in aiming for high-quality sake production. In recent years, the recognition of Japanese sake has been expanding overseas, and sake is undergoing unique transformations in various regions. We will document the efforts of Japanese breweries to produce "high-quality sake" and promote Japanese sake brands internationally. Our company will continue to share valuable information to convey the current state of Japanese sake brewing.

The "SKS JAPAN 2025 -Global Foodtech Summit-" will be held from October 23 (Thursday) to 25 (Saturday), 2025. SKS (Smart Kitchen Summit) is a food tech event, and this will be its 8th edition in Japan. Over three days, more than 40 sessions will be prepared, gathering around 100 innovators active in Japan and around the world in Tokyo's Nihonbashi. Over the three days, there will be passionate discussions on various themes, including: - The overall picture and trends of food tech in the world and Japan - Co-creation examples and success tips between large corporations and startups - The impact of AI on food tech - Trends of domestic startups - The role of cities and urban development in food innovation Our company will also participate in a session seminar titled "16.
