Showa Pharmaceutical Industry Co., Ltd. has been operating for over 60 years since its founding in October 1947, based in Kawasaki, the core of the Keihin industrial zone. Initially, we manufactured industrial chemicals, but we expanded into the production of equipment and construction for chemical plants based on our excellent acid and alkali resistance technology. Over time, the materials we handled evolved from lead to various plastics such as PVC, FRP, and acrylic, and we established a consistent comprehensive construction system by adding a steel division. We have actively developed our business, primarily serving major comprehensive chemical companies as our clients. As we celebrate our 60th anniversary as a company, we are challenging ourselves with new businesses with a fresh mindset, aiming to be a company recognized for contributing to our customers, coexisting and prospering with the local community, and creating a workplace where employees can find happiness and pursue their dreams.
