At Seihō, we manufacture multi-layer dies with 3, 5, and 7 layers. We can also create complex shapes, so please feel free to consult with us first. Additionally, we provide repair and maintenance services for multi-layer dies. When the machine is not in operation, it is an opportunity for repairs and maintenance due to scratches or marks on the dies. We also accept maintenance for dies manufactured by other companies, so please consult with us.

At Seihō, we specialize not only in the production of T dice but also in the manufacturing of connecting pipes (adapters or continuation pipes, conduits) that link them, commonly referred to as round items. Since we can produce these alongside the dice, we provide products that you will be satisfied with in terms of finish. By using hard metal HIP material at the heavily worn tip of the lip, we have dramatically improved the lifespan of the T-die. Introducing HIP material into T-dies is difficult with conventional processing methods, but at Seihou, we have established a processing method based on years of experience and know-how.
